About the Foursquare location finder tool

How does it work?
It just queries the Foursquare API for your search terms, then passes this to the Yahoo! PlaceFinder reverse geocoder API to get the addresses, and the Google Maps Street View API to get the images. All of the information is online already, this just pulls it all together. The default search should use the city you are in currently, based on your IP address, however if this can't be automatically detected, it'll fall back to London.

Why are there no names?
The Foursquare API that I used did not return the usernames of the people that had checked in, so I'd have to get the location ID and make a further lookup, which is not really necessary and puts people at risk because their addresses are being published - not something I intend to do.

What is the purpose of this?
To show people that it can sometimes be risky 'checking in' to places, especially if this is published so the world can see.
